Chef Phelps Dieck, a native of Colorado, originally planned to enter a career in law. After her graduation, she took her career into a new direction with a degree from the New England Culinary Institute.
The decision was a good one, Phelps has been a rising star in the culinary world and has worked at some of the top establishments in the seacoast; including The Cliff House, Tavern at River''s Edge, the Top of The Hub in Boston, and The Brown Palace Hotel in Denver.
